The metashield rules are a rules page to help you understand what you should and shouldn't know based off of certain information, and the ways you could figure out said information. Items are the things you should not know, and the lift condition is how you would figure out said information in order to tell others. For a lot of things, you're fine to talk about it and have your lore in private, but you are not meant to go "Omg!! Deathsquad!! We're all dead!!" if they show up.
| Item | Lift Condition |
|---|---|
| Thieving Gloves | Holofibers |
| Ninja | Discovered visually or by someone calling them out, not through an announcement such as "criminal records" or the dragon spawn announcement. |
| Nuclear Operative | War announcements or discovered visually |
| Syndicate Listening Outpost | Exposing their own existence |
| Deathsquad | Discovered visually or announced their presence |
| Syndicate uplink/storage implant | A person not having an item and then suddenly having an item after a search or an implanter with their DNA is found. |
| Codes Gamma/Epsilon/Delta | Being a member of command or a dignitary at the time of one of these being called |
| Replicators | 5+ replicators, replicators attacking, and/or noticeable nearby destruction to a replicator |
