Contraband can be classified into four tiers: T1, T2, T3, and T4 contraband.
T1 Contraband:
Tier-one contraband is any specific item that a department may need to control. While legal for possession by any Individual, they may be returned to the appropriate department upon valid request by a departmental head.
The Chief Engineer requests that insulated gloves are returned to the department, therefore, they are now illegal to possess without the appropriate employment or permission.
