Welcome to the Spinward Syndicate Procedural Manual
Syndicate Agents and Sleeper Agents
As an agent of the Spinward Syndicate, it is your duty to ensure the operation is completed according to what is specified by Syndicate High Command. We do not want to risk an all-out war with multiple organizations; your tasks are given to you for a reason, and you are mandated to do proportional damage and/or interference as per your provided objectives. High Command understands that our agents will experience a dynamic situation, so certain objectives may be ignored if said objectives are unfeasible.
Your equipment is provided for a reason. Do your best to minimize wastefulness and use the provided gear appropriately.
Listening Post Operatives
As a trusted operative of the Spinward Syndicate, you are mandated to ensure complete operational security by means of stealth. Do not, under any circumstances, intentionally compromise the position of the Listening Post. Sowing havoc, discord, and confusion against the enemies of the Syndicate through non-physical means is encouraged. Agents are permitted to seek out your assistance, as long as said assistance does not require your displacement from your post.
Do not abandon your post unless it is inoperable. Failure to uphold this condition of your employment may result in the immediate failure of the operation.
Nuclear Operatives
Prioritize your mission. You are not permitted to go against your operation. Any resemblance to current or former employees of enemies of the Syndicate is to be completely disregarded. You should not fraternize with, or recognize anyone onboard an enemy station or vessel. In the case that an operative does recognize someone onboard a vessel, they are mistaken and must be returned to High Command for retraining immediately.
If you are taken prisoner onboard a hostile station, and your implant fails to activate, you are to maintain secrecy in regards to the Syndicate and our benefactors.
